Mud Cult Mushrooms are small soft-sculpture projects made with second-hand materials that cross the boundary into the home. Fungi species fascinate many and their potential to aid climate issues as well as various human health problems make them an incredible source of inspiration. As a textile artist my interest in mushrooms came out of my sculptural practise, I use sustainable methods to highlight issues such as greenwashing and strategic ignorance in eco-media.
Mud Cult Mushrooms are a great gift for any environmentally conscious mushroom or plush lover; each is made of materials that would otherwise go to waste.
